Can I get water from leaves on trees?

I can’t say for sure how safe or viable this method is, but in theory it should work. If you’ve seen trees that fall off leaves in the fall, they dry and lose their pliability, which means some sort of evaporative process occurs to it in the interim. If you pack enough leaves into a place where evaporated water can collect, it will probably work.

Yes; Morning dew forms on leaves and plants, and in the morning time this dew can be collected and stored for consumption. There is only a very little amount of dew on these leaves however, it is pure and safe to drink.
