Yes! The American Beefalo Association posts a list of places throughought the country that sell beefalo, which is a hybrid of US cattle and American Bison. It’s not exactly easy to track down, though, unless you live in Ohio, where there’s apparently a greater number of places selling beefalo meat.
Yes, buffalo meat can be bought wholesale from sites like http://www.thebuffaloguys.com or the Jackson Hole Meat Company. Buffalo were nearly completely slaughtered when white settlers swept across the American grasslands in the 1800s, but today their herds are carefully monitered to prevent hunting. However, their meat can still be enjoyed as steak, ribs, burgers, or jerky if you look in the right places.
Lets not forget the Indians driving them off cliffs…
