The recommended daily allowance for milk is 3 8-oz glasses of milk. Anything more would probably result in negative effects, and if you have seen people try to do the milk challenge, vomiting.
Too much of anything is probably bad for you. Milk is a poor source of iron and when children drink too much, they tend to not be able to eat other foods with iron. Iron deficiency anemia can result.
It can depend greatly on your body type. There are so many considerations with diet, and it’s entirely unique to you and the way your body processes food. One glass could be too much for some, just right for others, or not enough for others still.
