Good question, Ricardo. It is possible to recycle houses themselves, and there is actually a growing trend in reusing them to build new homes. This process is called “deconstruction.” Not every part of a house is reusable or recyclable, though. According to the Building Materials Reuse Association, a nonprofit educational group in State College, Pa., about 85% of the average house can be reused or recycled.
Hope this helps!
