Can recycling effect plant life?

Yes, greatly.  By recycling, millions of plants are saved each year.  For example, let’s look at the paper recycling.  If every single newspaper were recycled, we would save 250,000,000 trees a year.  1 billion worth of trees are thrown away each year in paper – if paper products were made more often from recycled material, this would have a great affect on the amount of trees needed to be cut down and harvested each year.  In more generic thoughs, the more recycling, the less waste created and the healthier our ecosystems.
