Yes, pollution can lead to climate change. In fact, the earth is going through a global warming at present. Greenhouse gases, one of which is carbon dioxide, which is being released as pollution, effects the climate. While carbon dioxide is a natural part of earth’s atmosphere, when the percentage of it rises in the composition of the atmoshpere, the weather and climate will be affected.
