There is no food you can eat that will help you to reduce fat just from eating it. Substituting healthy foods, such as blueberries, for fattier foods can help you lose weight as you are eating less fat. Replacing unhealthy food with healthier choices and exercising regularly is the best way to help you to reduce fat.
It seems that blueberries do have the possiblity of helping get reduce belly fat as well as reducing your risk of heart issues and diabetes. I would not suggest only eating blueberries or eating having your food mostly consisting of blueberries, especially because it seems only animal studies have really been done so far and the long term risks aren’t known yet. However, blueberries are a fruit and generally good for you.
