Can community supported agriculture be an effective tool to combat world hunger?

Community supported agriculture alone cannot combat world hunger. It would have to be in cooperation with trying to help poor countries utilize their land for growing. World hunger is created in poorer countries by the land not being proper for famine or due to drought, pestilence, or a number of different reasons. Oftentimes, the land is not fertile enough to grow food so there would have to be a correction of the land before growing can be done on it.
