China has a big problem with traffic congestion. Some cities are considering implementing road congestion fees that would be charged on the basis of the frequency and intensity of vehicles road use.

Like all densely populated cities, traffic is getting worse and worse and the roads rarely support all of the vehicles sufficiently. However, China is a large country and many of the cities don’t have major congestion issues.
