Yep! California has acknowledged that one of their major energy problems is not a lack of renewable energy sources, but instead a poor infrastructure for distributing the energy across the state, to the areas where its needed most. Due to the large amounts of space needed for many renewable energy sources, such as wind farms, solar plants, and hydroelectric dams, they can’t exactly be placed inside major population areas. But with the plans for an improved infrastructure, it shouldn’t be long before they hit their targets.
I hope this helped!
