Yes, caffeine is bad for your heart. Drinking caffeinated beverages can significantly increase your blood pressure. We all know that high blood pressure has devastating effects on your body. These include; hardening of the arteries, kidney problems, and heart attacks.
Caffeine is also a stimulant, similar to alcohol and nicotine. But unlike alcohol and nicotine, there aren’t many negative connotations associated with drinking caffeinated beverages.
Be wary when drinking too many caffeinated beverages.
