Is the Burj Dubai a LEED certified building?

The Burj Dubai is currently not LEED-certified. In 2011, the world’s second-tallest building, Taipei 101, was awarded the LEED Platinum certification, the highest rating that a building can achieve for environmental efficiency according to LEED standards. This makes Taipei 101 the world’s tallest building to be LEED-certified, though it is second to the Burj Dubai in height.
