No. Weather is a part of the natural cycle. I think it’s safe to assume that, although tornadoes and the like may destroy natural resources, it’s all part of a self-containing system.

Weather conditions can cause flooding and fires that can damage nature. Overall weather is essential for nature and humans to exist and survive. Weather creates rain, which is essential for life to exist in many places, where wildlife species are dependant on rain to provide drinking water. Humans also use weather conditions for wind and solar energy resources.
