Interesting question, VaughnBailey. I think there are a a lot of factors to consider when pondering which vehicle is the worst for the environment. Some of the important things to consider are how they are powered, how much materials they require, and what they are used for. Atvs are pretty small, so they don’t take nearly as much materials to produce, but they are gas powered, and their use can potentially encroach on the environment. A regular passenger car though, has a bigger motor, uses more materials to be built, is way more widespread creating more pollution, and requires roads to be built over natural landscapes all over the world. For this reason, regular passenger vehicles, in my opinion, are the worst (or have the worst effect) for the environment.
Hope this helps!
