I believe so. Some chippers some gasoline and thus produce carbon so I would not suggest these. But there are electric chippers, like the one linked below, that can help a great deal. Turning clippings into chips or mulch can help you use them for composting and/or for landscaping, helping your front and backyard environments flourish and grow.
