Are white tigers a separate species or just albino of other species?

Neither.  The reason a white tiger is white is that is has two recessive alleles—so its parents don’t have to be white, they just have to both carry the gene.  An albino tiger would have pink eyes and an even lighter nose, while white tigers have blue eyes and a pink nose.
