Are we using algae biofuel in America?

Though this is still a fairly new process, algae has been found to be a viable energy soucre, and the entire process is being done in the U.S.  Algae, though it demands specific temperature maintenance may actually be a much more successful source compared to soybeans or corn.  Unlike these previously mentioned crops, algae can double over night and be harvested daily.
