When it comes to volts and amps, amps are the more dangerous. Amps are the measure of the current or frequency of electricity. Volts are the measure for electrical pressure or difference. Volts are the equivalent of the amps multiplied by the resistance. you can have a high voltage with a low amperage and not be seriously injured but if you have a higher amperage, the current (or speed) itself can and will cause damage.
