Not sure the overall carbon footprint of tortilla chips, but a bag of potato chips have a carbon footprint of about 75 grams.  The breakdown is follows: 44% is from growing the potatoes, 30% is processing them into crispy form, 15% is packaging the chips, 9% is delivering them to stores, and 2% is the disposal of the empty packaging.  The biggest footprint is the resoures needed to grow and crisp the potato itself, rather than the packaging.
