Are tomatoes nutritious?

    Yes, tomatoes are very nutritious.  They are low in calories, but high in flavor and vitamins and fiber, so you really can’t go wrong with them.  They are a great source of Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and Vitamin K, and also have a good amount of fiber and other vitamins.  If you want to see the full nutrition facts I attached a link.

    Yes! Tomatoes are very nutritious and a good, healthy choice. They are very low in sodium, saturated fat, and cholesterol.  They are also a great source of a variety of vitamins, including vitamin A, vitamin K, vitamin C, Manganese, and Potassium.

    All of the above is accurate, but it is a little known fact that tomatoes are pro-inflammatories. They belong to the nightshade family of plants, like eggplants, peppers, and potatoes. While each of these plants provide many nutrients, they shoudl be avoided when dealing with inflamation.
