Are there tires that are made to help with fuel efficiency?

There are indeed tires made to improve fuel efficiency.  The lower a tires rolling resistance is, the more fuel efficient it will be because it takes less energy to move the tire in a rotation.  Improved tire materials that reduce heat friction as well as lower tread depth also improve fuel efficiency.  One of the easiest ways to improve fuel efficiency is to keep your tires inflated to the proper pressure level.

Yes. Michelin, Goodyear, Cooper, and Bridgestone all make fuel efficient tires. Consumer Reports rates the Michelin Energy Saver A/S and the Cooper GFE the best tires in terms of fuel efficiency. Switching to fuel efficient tires increases fuel efficiency by about 1 or 2 percent.

No matter what kind of tires you have, keeping them properly inflated increases fuel efficiency.
