As for charging a laptop, which almost always require more voltage (16.5 V and 3.65 Amps is what the current rating says on my MacBook laptop computer charger says), that’s a little more difficult to find a solar power charger for, but I do believe they make them (they are just large and somehwat cumbersome when compared to a solar array that only has to supply 3 volts). In the future we will be charging our laptops by a combination of solar and bio-mechanical energy… look up the biomechanical energy harvester and you will see why!
