According to the World Wildlife Fund, there are approximately 3,200 tigers left in the world. As for gorillas there are 4 subspecies of gorilla: Cross River Gorilla, Mountain Gorilla, Eastern Lowland Gorilla and Western Lowland Gorilla. Of the Cross River Gorillas there are thought to be fewer than 300 left making it one of the most endangered forms of gorilla. The Mountain Gorilla has roughly 790 left, the Eastern Lowland Gorilla has about 2,500 left and the Western Lowland Gorilla has 50,000 left. When all the Gorilla subspecies are combined it shows that there are more gorillas left in the world than tigers.
