Earthquakes have geological “boundaries”, whereas countries have fictional boundaries. Therefore, it’s hard to tell when a country is more or less affected by earthquakes than another. Another question we might ask is about the historic data and if they varied. Overall, the currently most affected areas of the world are the West coast of the Americas and the Central part of Asia (from Taiwan to the Middle East).
