The human body has 20 arteries, and millions of veins. There are definitely more veins than arteries.
Major arteries outnumber major veins by just a smidgeon (18 vs 15, depending on the system) — if you take the number of capillaries associated with each, I’m not fully sure what your numbers would end up as.
