I am sure there are laws regarding how the homes are built and on what area of the land. But I don’t see any laws forbidding the building of homes right on the oceanfront. There are many ocean front homes that are built all over cities that are by the ocean. So although there will be laws that restrict homes to be built a certain way, I don’t think there are any laws that stop you from building as close to the ocean as possible.
