There are volcanoes on many planets. Mars does have some lava flows and lakes. Jupiter’s moon, Io, has a lava lake about 100 meters (330 feet) across.
Mars does not have any lava lakes. Lava is liquid, and there are no liquid lava lakes on Mars. Mars does indeed have huge volcanoes and (solidified) lava flows.
