So one of my friends is using a pretty eco-friendly hair regimene. I don’t know if you’ve heard it before, but you basically just use baking soda as shampoo and apple cidar vinegar as conditioner. Basically, you can adjust the levels as needed but here are simple instructions:
Baking Soda to Wash Hair
About a tablespoon of baking soda will work for this. It’s recommended to apply it in your hair before going in the shower and then rinsing it off.
Apple Cidar Vinegar
Use an old spray bottle (or something along those lines) to fill it up with 1/4 vinegar to 3/4 water. Focus more on the ends of your hair, as it can make the top look a tad oily.
