At this point, probably not. According to biodiesel.org, they only have around 1500 registered biofuel stations registered with them in the U.S. It would be difficult for places that have very few of them to survive on only biofuel. However, the number of stations that are being created is increasing rapidly with the new idea that biofuel could be a plausible alternative for transport.
