According to the Texas Parks and Wildlife website, blue crabs inhabit the east coast of North and South America.  Some ambitious crabs have been found on the coastline of Europe, but they mainly stay along the America’s east sides.

No. Blue Crab live along the Atlantic Coast from Nova Scotia to Uruguay, including the Gulf of Mexico. They prefer brackish lagoons and estuaries, where they eat mussles, snails, fish, plants, and carrion.
