not at the moment, water can’t store electricity to be used. however, there are energy sources that run off of water. if a bit of salt is added to water as an electrolyte, a current passes through water. this electrolysis decomposes water to hydrogen and oxygen gases, both of which can then be ignited and burned to create electricity by a turbine or another similar generator. the product of the burning gases is water again, being quite a clean fuel source.
