Are there areas in the United States where you can supply all of your irrigation water from rain water?

    The first URL from HighBeam Research says non-irrigated farming (dryland farming) is practiced in the Great Plains, inter-mountain and Pacific, and in west prairie grass areas with less than 23.5 inches annual rain.
