Are there any animals that use natural soap?

Depends what you mean by “natural soap.”  Cats use saliva as a kind of soap when they lick themselves.  Foxes clean themselves with patches of moss dipped in water, which they rub over their fur with their mouths to remove fleas.  Monkeys use their claws to delouse themselves.  Bats, moles, and hedge-hogs use their nails to pick off fleas and ticks.  Gerbils roll around in the sand or in woodchips.  Pigs roll in the mire.  Lizards don’t clean themselves at all, they simply shed their skin.
