There are rainforests all over the world, and there are many peoples that now speak English from the interaction between their tribes with people from outside of their tribes.
There may be tribes in the rainforest that speak English, however, there are tribes who still avoid contact and communication with outsiders. Indigenous tribes were displaced from the rainforest or died off from the effects of colonization. Therefore, tribes may have ill feelings towards people from the outside.
Another thing to note is where rainforests are located. Most of them are located near the equator in countries whose official language is not English. So if even tribes of the rainforest do have contact with outsiders, they might be communicating in a language other than English.
