Certain subspecies (breeds) of animals have been domesticated to the point where they probably oculdnt survive for long in the wild wihtout help from humans. For the most part, this includes dogs (probably small / toy breeds) and cast (any domesticated indoor only house cat would have trouble fending for itself in public).
Domestic pets such as dogs and cats cannot live without humans. Even strays rely on the help of humans as they often feed on garbage. It is also theorized that raccoons have adapted to rely on humans, losing their ability to find food in the wild when it is so readily available in our Dumpsters.
