No. Snakes by definition do not have legs.
Snakes of today do not have feet. It is believed that their ancestors did, though. It is unclear whether snakes lost their limbs in the sea or on land.
Through mutations, a snake may grow a random foot. Such was the case in China in 2009. But this rarely happens.
