Not really. The Food pyramid has the kinds of foods you should be eating the most of at the bottom, and those you should not be eating much or any of at the top. The energy pyramid, however, has the smallest animals on bottom, and the bigger animals who eat them at the top.
The one thing they do have in common is that grains are on the bottom in both (all animal energy comes from plants in the beginning.)
