The Red River (MN-ND), the Mackenzie (Canada), the Lena, Yenisey, and Ob (Russia), the Nile (africa), to name a few big ones.
There are quite a large number of rivers that flow North, potentially as many as flow in any other direction. Rivers will flow downhill. Downhill can be toward the North, South, East, or West (or combination of direction). Water is subject to gravity, and will flow toward the path of least resistance. Keep in mind that North does not mean the highest elevation, and that rivers flow based solely on the elevation difference of an area.
