Are there any polar bears in Russia?

Yes.  Polar bears live in what is called the circumpolar north.  Polar bears live in five nations — U.S. (in Alaska), Greenland, Norway, Canada, and Russia.  Polar bears do not live in Antarctica like many people mistakingly believe.  Below is a great link about polar bear conservation and research.
