Are there any commercial planes that are using biofuels?

Virgin Atlantic Airways has used biofuels, partially, and no modifications needed to be done to the engines.  The biofuels used were tropical oils, coconut and babassu.  Only 20% of the biofuel was used in its first flight from London to Amsterdam back in 2008.  British Airways is currently undergoing trials with biofuel as well.  CO2 emissions by airplanes could be cut by 80% if biofuel is used.
