Are there any places where pheasant hunting is illegal?

most places that mention pheasants in their hunting laws allow pheasants to be hunted, but there are usually restrictions. For instance, it is illegal in Indiana to kill pheasant hens, except during especially designated put-and-take hunts (when pheasants are specially released into the wild). Many places have restrictions on the amount of pheasants that can be killed per day, as well as specific seasons in which hunting can take place.
