Yes. Almost everywhere where humans currently live.
However, I think you may have meant “uninhabitable.” If this is the case, the answer is still yes. The outposts that have been established in Antarctica are only possible through support from the outside (i.e. from actually inhabitable areas). Much of the Sahara Desert could be argued to be the same. Nothing can survive completely isolated within much of the Sahara.
