No clock, or any other piece of machinery for that matter, can ever stay in perpetual motion for an infinite amount of time.  However, in the early 1900ds LeCoultre created the Atmos clock with comes exceedingly close.  The Swedish company’s famous invention does not ever need to be powered or turned, and it uses changes in the atmosphere to power itself.
