There are. Peacock bass were introduced to Florida in 1984 to control the population of invasive species such as tilapia. The fish thrived in Southern Florida, but their sensitivity to cold makes them unable to live any farther north.
They are also found in Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and Guam.
