If you mean beyond our solar system, certainly. If you mean in the solar system, then yes, Saturn, Jupiter, Uranus, and Neptune have rings.
If you look at the theories of how planetary rings form, it’s not hard to imagine that many other planets out there have rings. One such theory is that a nearby moon was destroyed and its debris was within a certain range known as the Roche limit, causing the debris to spread out within the planets gravitational field and become a ring.
