As far as I can tell from my own experience and research, there are no organic restaurants inside the casinos on the Vegas strip. There are, however, a handful of natural places to eat near the strip. Whole Foods is located at 8855 W. Charleston (9 miles West of the Strip) and sells a variety of organic goods. You could also try Long Life Vege Restaurant (4130 S. Sandhill Rd. #A4), Rainbow’s End Natural Foods Cafe (1100 E. Sahara), Veggie Delight (Spring Mountain & Wynn Road), and Go Raw Café (2910 Lake East Drive).
Although it doesn’t look like there are any full-on organic restaurants on the Strip (yet), there are a few vegetarian friendly restaurants. See below:
Most of my research said that if you ask, restaurants will gladly provide vegetarian options. Although this doesn’t really take care of the organic thing, it’s better than nothin’! The other option is to eat at places somewhat off the strip like laurenpaige mentioned.
Use Happy Cow’s restaurant search to help find lots of restaurants wherever you’re traveling, Vegas or elsewhere: http://www.happycow.net/search.html. You can narrow your search by distance, type of food, and requirements like vegan or gluten free.
