Yes, organic beers exist. The ingredients grown to make beer, such as barley, are grown organically. This means they are grown without the use of fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, and fungicides. Reports say that these beers are not only eco-friendly, but that they taste excellent. Brands of organic beer include Samuel Smith’s Ales and Lagers, as well as Georg Schneider’s Weisen Edel Weisse Ale.
