Go to your local farmer’s market- produce items would fit this category great! Yogurt, hummus, and cheeses are also great, nutritious foods that are lunchbox ready AND Eco-friendly. Yay! Just make sure you remember to recycle.
Any organic and locally grown produce from the farmers market – apples, oranges, bananas, etc. Also, check health food stores for organic packaged snacks, like baby carrots, chocolate, and teas.
