Nope. The state outright forbids it, under the Hawaii State Constitution, Article XI, Section 8.
Overall power demand in Hawaii is not large enough to need nuclear power, so having nuclear power in Hawaii would not be cost-effective. Also, for a plant to be built, there must be a 30-mile safe evacuation radius around the plant. None of the islands could be able to to that.
