Yes. In Yumura, Japan, for example, a volcanic hot spring exists that often reaches boiling point. In fact, the village has a ceremonial egg boiling in the spring. While Americans typically eat their eggs hard boiled (hard yoke), traditionally the whites are still runny. Typically, most volcanic hot springs are at or near boiling point. People have been injured or killed by entering hot springs which were too hot.
